Liguria is a territory in which tradition and beauty blend with scents and flavors. We really care to offer good food to our guests, with quality of the ingredients, virtuosity of our chef Alessandro, and authenticity of our mother Gabriella’s kitchen, and her timeless cakes and biscuits.

Our restaurant, reserved for hotel’s guests, recommends specialties of the Riviera Ligure (and italian): we suggest trofie al pesto and pansoti alla salsa di noci with fresh homemade pasta, seafood specialties, mesc-ciüa soup (we challenge you to pronounce it well!)… All among the aromas of our basil (unique in the world) and Riviera di Levante herbs from our own vegetable garden.
